Bedscape™ Limited Warranty
If you have purchased this mattress protector without a mattress the following Bedscape Limited Warranty applies:
Limited Warranty Terms:
If you purchased a Bedscape Mattress Protector on its own, you're covered by a limited warranty that applies only to the protector, not the mattress beneath it.
Individual warranty periods will be stated on all product packaging. Warranty periods start from the original date of purchase.
This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship, including torn seams or zipper failures, under normal residential use. It applies only to the original purchaser (or a household member) and is non-transferable.
Please note, this warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, improper washing or drying, commercial use, sharp objects, or pet damage. Always follow the recommended care instructions to maintain warranty coverage.
Rights Under This Warranty:
Bedscape offers the original purchaser a guarantee against defects resulting from faulty workmanship. The duration of the guarantee is specified on the product packaging.
This guarantee begins from the original date of purchase. If a defect caused by faulty workmanship or materials arises during this period, Bedscape will, upon receiving a valid claim, repair or replace the product within a reasonable timeframe.
If you have purchased this mattress protector with a new mattress, the following Bedscape Limited Stain Warranty Applies:
A limited stain warranty IF you have purchased the mattress and mattress protector together and both items are shown on the same sales receipt.
Mattress Clean Warranty
The Mattress Clean Warranty applies to eligible Mattress Protectors purchased with a new mattress for household use, and both items are shown on the same sales receipt.
- In addition to the limited warranty, Bedscape guarantees the mattress (sleep surface only) will remain stain fresh by providing a one-time cleaning and sanitisation within the warranty period.
 
If a stain occurs on the mattress sleep surface while properly protected by the Mattress Protector, Bedscape will arrange for both the mattress and protector to be inspected by a professional cleaning technician.
If the stain is found to be caused by a fault in the protector due to defective materials or workmanship, Bedscape will professionally clean and sanitise the mattress, neutralising odors and rendering the stain fresh for continued use.
Mattress Replacement Warranty
The Mattress Replacement Warranty applies to eligible Mattress Protectors purchased with a new mattress for household use, and both items are shown on the same sales receipt.
- In addition to our Clean Guarantee, if the cleaning technician determines that the mattress cannot be sanitised and restored to a Stain Fresh condition, Bedscape will, at its discretion and at no cost to you, either replace the sleep surface, which may involve sending the mattress to the manufacturer for repair, or replace the entire mattress.
 
In this case, Sleep Corp's liability is a maximum of the original purchase price of the mattress or the mattress replacement cost, up to $5000.
Care Instructions
To keep your warranty valid, the Mattress Protector must be properly cleaned and cared for:
- Machine wash and tumble dry up to 140°F with other linens or towels.
 - Wash at least monthly to prevent build-up of body oils or sweat.
 - Do not bleach, iron, dry clean or use solvents.
 - Always dry thoroughly before use or storage.
 
Neglecting care, exposing the protector to high heat, or using harsh chemicals can damage the waterproof layer and void your warranty. 
Exclusions
Your warranty will be voided in cases of neglect, improper use, or excluded circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Mattresses used for commercial, instutional, or rental purposes.
 - Damage from cigarettes or other hot foreign objects.
 - Cuts,rips or tears caused by animals.
 - Stains not resulting from a failure of the Mattress Protector.

Register your warranty online

How to make a claim
To register a claim, you must:
- Notify the Bedscape Claims Department by email at info@bedscapebedding.com within three (3) days of the incident. Stains older than 3 days are not easily removed and may affect your guarantee.
 - Provide us with details of your full name and address and information regarding the defect.
 - The original purchase receipt for the protector, as applicable, must be retained and provided to validate these guarantees.
 - The protector on request is to be sent to Bedscape for inspection and testing.
 - Bedscape will arrange for the protector to be replaced at no cost to you.
 - Once the replacement is made, Bedscape becomes the owner of the original protector.
